Our Difference

Fees

Our fees are typically 20%-30% less than comparable law firms.

We do not invoice all the work we do. This is because we wish to establish a long-term relationship with our clients as their Legal & Business advisors (as required).

Ask us how we keep legal fees to a minimum, whilst obtaining the best outcome for you.

Fixed Fees

We quote "fixed" fees for the legal work anticipated.  If anything changes, we will let you know, so you are always in control of costs.

Payment Plans

If you are in financial difficulty, our Directors will consider providing you with a Payment Plan to assist clients with cash flow.

Disbursements

Disbursements are additional fees such as Court Application Fees, Title Search Fees, Barrister Fees, Bailiff's fees, Courier Charges, Registry and Probate Fees. You will only pay our cost - we do not "mark up" these fees.

We negotiate Disbursements wherever possible to minimise these (required) fees.
