Les is a lawyer with a broad educational background and diverse professional experience. He holds Bachelor degrees in Law with honours and Commerce, with honours, majoring in finance.

This solid foundation equipped him with a unique blend of legal skills and financial expertise, making him a versatile and highly skilled practitioner in his field.

Before embarking on his journey with Wilckens Roche, Les honed his skills in client relationship management at one of Australia’s leading share registries. This role allowed him to develop a deep understanding of client needs and expectations, which he integrates into his legal practice. Additionally, his experience teaching English to top-tier management in Hungary, highlights his ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively, a skill highly valued by his clients.

Les joined Wilckens Roche in 2011. In 2013, he took a significant step forward by acquiring the practice, demonstrating his commitment and vision for the firm’s future.

Les manages a diverse practise consisting of wills and estates, family law, property, and commercial law. His particular passion lies in estate litigation, where his analytical skills and compassionate approach truly shine. He is known for his ability to listen intently to his clients, understand their unique situations, and provide clear, concise legal advice. His empathetic nature and dedication to his work have earned him the trust and admiration of his clients, for his ability to provide compassionate, reliable and effective legal support.

Outside the office, Les is a devoted family man who cherishes spending quality time with his loved ones. He is also an active member of the Hungarian community and avid supporter of the Geelong Cats.

With over a decade of experience in the legal industry, Ashlee is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Director and Principal Lawyer.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts with majors in International Relations, History, and Literary Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University. Demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning, Ashlee recently completed a Master of Laws with a specialisation in Commercial Litigation. Fluent
in Greek, she is well-equipped to serve a diverse clientele.

Throughout her career, Ashlee has excelled in various legal environments, from mid-tier law firms to boutique practices. Her extensive experience includes advising ASX-listed companies, municipal councils, and large-scale builders, showcasing her versatility and depth of her legal knowledge. Ashlee’s broad practice areas include Commercial Law, Litigation, Building Disputes, and Employment Law.

Ashlee is renowned for her personable nature and practical approach to the law. After a successful and multi-faceted career as a Business Owner, Finance and Administration Manager, and Senior Attorneyships Consultant at State Trustees, Anthony seamlessly transitioned into the practice of law.

This natural progression allowed him to consolidate his extensive skills and experiences, particularly those honed through his Bachelor of Laws from Latrobe University.

Poised with a robust understanding of legal complexities and a dedication to client-centric service, Anthony specialises in estate administration, probate law, property, and commercial litigation. His extensive expertise in these areas is complemented by his ability to navigate intricate legal matters with precision and insight. Anthony is renowned for his pragmatic and no-nonsense approach, which enables him to tackle even the most challenging cases efficiently.

Kate is a dedicated professional with a Diploma of Conveyancing from RMIT University.

With a strong foundation in conveyancing, Kate has gained valuable experience as a conveyancer at various esteemed law firms across Melbourne.

Currently, Kate specialises in a wide range of conveyancing matters, including purchases, sales, transmissions, survivorship applications and transfers. Among these, Kate enjoys handling files which include the intricate details involved in deceased estates.

Clients appreciate Kate’s friendly and down-to-earth approach, which helps alleviate the stress often associated with legal processes.

Outside of work, Kate cherishes spending time with her family, including her two children and making the most of every moment outside the professional realm.
